After 20 some years, the skeleton that resided in the science closet now has a new place to stand. Marie Ripslinger-Atwater and Ruth Moorhead had seen the skeleton in the science closet before, but when the remodel in Strahan happened, the skeleton no longer had a place to stay. “I got here in 2015 and that skeleton was in the closet,” Ripslinger-Atwater says.

Just before spring break, Moorhead reached out to Chris Kramer, a welding instructor here at MCC, and asked him if he would be able to make a stand for the skeleton. He examined the skeleton just before spring break and was able to have it ready when we got back from spring break. Thanks to Kramer, the skeleton has a new place to hang.
