Cold & Flu Season Cider

2 cups of water

¼-1 teaspoon cinnamon 

1 teaspoon raw honey

1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar


  1. Boil the 2 cups of water on the stove.
  2. While the water is heating up add the honey, cinnamon, and apple cider vinegar to a cup and mix to combine.
  3. When the water is done boiling, fill the cup with half of the water. Mix to combine.
  4. Enjoy!
